Although Grinder, Taber & Grinder was originally tasked with only the exterior development of the 174,000-square-foot Building I to the existing FedEx World Headquarters campus, FedEx subsequently awarded us the full project because we exceeded budgeting, scheduling, and MWBE goals. We used our knowledge of building materials to recommend more efficient options, resulting in substantially lower price per square foot compared to existing campus buildings while maintaining the architectural style of the World Headquarters.

Since then, we’ve executed long-term maintenance contracts to care for these structures. Even for tasks as small as repairing a door knob, FedEx has Grinder, Taber & Grinder on speed dial.
