The Rhodes College Catherine Burrow Refectory was a complete renovation to one of the campus’s dining options to be completed while maintaining operations. Schedules called for phasing logistics – alternating work in three shifts – in order to complete the job in the requested 18-month schedule. Additionally, the 241-unit West Village Dormitory was built alongside the Refectory, both constructed in the Collegiate Gothic architecture tradition of the Rhodes campus.
