Sylvamo, a spinoff of International Paper, chose to remodel three floors of the Primacy I office building (originally built by GTG in 1981) for their Memphis-based Global Headquarters. The 87,000-square-foot project was completed in three phases, starting with the top floor. Each floor features modern meeting rooms, private offices, and cozy break areas, some named after famous, Memphis landmarks for a bit of hometown flair! The renovation features an open concept with acoustic, baffle ceilings and expansive windows taking advantage of the natural light and stunning views of Lichterman Nature Center.
