• 12-week program (6 weeks in office, 6 weeks in field or 12 weeks in field)

• 40-hour work week, paid weekly

• $50 monthly phone allowance

• Weekly skills training class

• Company provided PPE and Uniform

• Site tours and office visits with industry partners

• Work activities that directly impact active projects

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited university or college full or part-time

• Must have housing available in the Greater Memphis Area for the duration of the program – we do not offer housing stipends.

• Prefer – Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Architecture, Construction Management, or Business Management Student

• Analytical and critical thinking

• Obtain OSHA-10 Certification

• Ability to use industry tools like Bluebeam and Sketch-Up
