Building Community.
We recognize that responsibility to our community partners is an important commitment. That’s why Grinder, Taber, & Grinder has built an exemplary track record of working closely with organizations to promote a diverse workforce – demonstrated by completing countless projects with substantial input from its Minority and Women-Owned Business partners.
As a member of the Mid-South Minority Business Council, GTG works closely with the MMBC and other organizations to advertise its projects through the MWBE Community, ensuring that Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) partners have adequate time and resources to bid the projects, and gain market share and experience through working with GTG. Grinder, Taber & Grinder invests its funds in supporting new MWBE companies as a founding sponsor of the Center for Emerging Entrepreneurial Development (C.E.E.D.) Minority Business Incubator downtown.
