Vendor registration & bid invitations
If you would like to receive invitations to bid with Grinder, Taber & Grinder, Inc., please complete the required Jotform using the link below and submit all applicable vendor documentation.

REGISTERED VENDOR
Use the link below to access the Jotform portal. There, you can upload any new or updated required documents and complete the updated Accounting Memo digitally.
NEW VENDOR
The link below will direct you to a Jotform portal to complete your vendor registration. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required, and the form cannot be submitted until all required information is provided. The registration form captures all details requested in the Accounting Memo, so a separate memo upload is not necessary.
Submission of the following documents is required.
• Accounting Memo (form accessible by link below)
• W9 (blank form accessible by link below, signed in current calendar year)
• Any MWBE Certificates (if applicable)
• Certificate of Insurance* (blank form and requirements accessible by link below)
*Please note that you may send over “Evidence of Insurance” for the time being. If you are awarded a project, then the COI must be brought into full compliance.
