A 252,000-square-foot warehouse and administrative build-out included the installation of LED motion-sensor lighting, fans, dock levelers, and forklift charging stations to keep the outdoor power equipment distributor operational. Adjacent to the warehouse operations are an employee kitchen, management spaces, and conference rooms.
