White Oak is a new, ground-up shopping center built to accommodate a wide range of tenants with details such as a courtyard for the restaurant tenant’s patio and putting green. The 27,000-square-foot retail project refreshed an already bustling location by offering modernized options for restaurant, medical and other retail establishments.
