Smith + Nephew North American Headquarters

Having completed multiple jobs for Smith+Nephew over the past decade, the leading international orthopedic device manufacturer chose Grinder, Taber, & Grinder to build their new North American Headquarters. The 285,000-square-foot interior buildout includes specific-to-the-client medical spaces— orthopedic and endoscopy labs, and a large auditorium—in addition to executive offices, breakout areas, conference rooms, a gym and dining facilities. Although the high-end finishes are impressive, the office space is also LEED® Certified Gold.
