Memphis Stone & Gravel and its sister company Lehman-Roberts Co. upgraded their corporate home by choosing to renovate an 85,000-square-foot building in the Cooper-Young neighborhood. Originally built in 1946, the industrial-style structure was transformed into a unique office space with details reflecting the company’s brand and legacy. The design of the office includes conference rooms, common work areas, plus a kitchen and lounge area that opens up to an interior courtyard.
