The new headquarters built for Mid America Apartments Communities (MAA) is an elevated office environment that spans several floors of the building. Guests are welcomed to high-end, wood and glass features throughout the lobby and a spectacular, monumental stair. Each floor of the office includes its own kitchen and break room to support employees, as well as conference and meeting areas that range in size, purpose and wow factor.
