Church Health Center, an anchor tenant at Crosstown Concourse, formed a partnership with the local YMCA to build a fitness center and pool to help facilitate therapy and preventative health. The site for the outdoor, 2,569-square-foot swimming pool and accessory building was located on the last available ground on the north side of the Crosstown building. Situated in a precarious spot, Grinder, Taber, & Grinder was challenged with working around primary electrical services and backup generators, parking, fire pump service, and sub-surface fiber needs to construct the pool, deck, and splash pad.
