Bartlett High School Ninth Grade Academy

The phased renovation of Bartlett High School Ninth Grade Academy was scheduled to be completed over the course of two summers to avoid interfering with school activities. Mitigating the necessary asbestos abatement, while still accomplishing the school’s goals, meant building within an unusually fast-tracked timetable. Necessary improvements included installing sprinkler systems and ADA access, upgrading lights and windows, and replacing the roof and HVAC systems. A new vestibule and columns complete the facade of the main building, and spirit-inspiring paint and graphics transform the new home for ninth grade Panthers.
